These terms govern your use of advolve.co.in and your engagement with Advolve's services.
Our services
Advolve provides performance marketing services for real estate developers, including advertising strategy and management, creative production, landing pages, lead qualification, and reporting. Ongoing services are provided under a separate written agreement executed with each client, which governs scope, fees, and deliverables.
Strategy meeting booking
Our one-on-one strategy meeting is a 30-minute consultation booked through our payment page for a fee of Rs. 27, displayed at checkout before you pay. The booking fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling terms are set out in our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing results depend on factors outside any agency's full control, including project pricing, location, market conditions, and the client's own sales process. Figures shown on this website and in our advertising describe past campaign performance or projections, not guaranteed outcomes for any specific project.
Client responsibilities
Where we work together, you are responsible for funding your own advertising spend directly to the advertising platform, for providing accurate project information, and for responding to leads generated. Advertising spend is separate from our management fee.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including copy, design, and campaign materials, belongs to Advolve and may not be reproduced without permission. Client project names, images, and results are published with the respective client's consent.
Acceptable use
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that are abusive, fraudulent, or outside our service scope. In such cases the booking fee is refunded in full.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
